GIFTFIFT is a personalised gifting brand based in India. We create handmade and custom products from customer photos and memories, including miniature 3D figures, photo magnets, paper-flower frames and related keepsakes.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

All of our products are handcrafted and made to order. By placing an order, you authorise us to begin production based on the customisations and content you provide. Because each item is unique to you:

• You agree that final price, production time and dispatch are confirmed by us before production starts.
• Small, hand-made variations in colour, finish and detail are part of the craft and are not considered defects.
• We may share a preview of your gift for approval. Approving the preview means production may proceed.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include applicable taxes. We accept online payments through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets), Cash on Delivery where available, and confirmation over WhatsApp. Payment information is processed by our payment partners, not stored by us.

You are responsible for any photos, names, text or other content you upload to GIFTFIFT. By submitting content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to create and fulfil your order. We may also use anonymised or watermarked photos of finished products for marketing — let us know in advance if you would like us not to.

Shipping, refund and cancellation terms are covered in our separate Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy and form part of these Terms.

All site content — including text, photography, illustrations and the GIFTFIFT brand — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, GIFTFIFT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
